A cloaked Evol within the Light Ruins Vestibule
Evol is a scientist researching into the ultimate evolution and the caretaker of the ruins found within the Starry Corridor. He is responsible for the creation of Quanlee - the final evolutionary form, as believed by the ancient race that once inhabited the planet. His role was to await the time foretold by the ancients when the Elemental Disorder begins and mankind is ready to receive Quanlee's blessing.
In order for Evol to know when it is time to awake Quanlee, he created a clone of himself, in the form of Specto, who would observe the world above and bring a message to him when the time was right. Evol and Specto share a deep red birthmark on their right temple, however Evol is considerably older in appearance than Specto.
