The Father is a minor character in Grandia II. He is the head of the Church of Granas of Liligue City.
Ryudo and his companions meet the Father of Liligue when they investigate the mysterious curse that has befallen the inhabitants of the city. The priest explains to them that Liligue was known to be blessed by Granas, because it has been built on top of ancient ruins. Watching the city from above, Ryudo and Elena recognise that the ancient pillars in town form a circle - with possibly a seal of Granas in the centre.
