Sergeant Mio is a playable character in Grandia: Parallel Trippers. She returns, this time as an actual protagonist, to assist Yuuhi in his quest to find his way back to his home. Mio, along with Nana, and Saki, is recruited in the Sky Isles upon your first visit to the area.

Statistics[]
Mio is the strongest of the trio of sergeants when comparing magical stats, with her magical attack, magical defense and agility being her three highest stats. In contrast, Mio is a weak character physically and has the second lowest rated attack of any character in the game. Mio's high AP means she can deal more powerful attacks than her counterparts can without spending time recovering.

In Grandia: Parallel Trippers, Mio can only wield projectile based skills. She also has the power to possess Wind, Water and Earth magic, also giving her the ability to utilize Blizzard and Forest magic. Despite joining the party very early on in the story, Mio has fairly high skill levels which can be useful early on in the game.
Special Moves[]
Mio has the power to generate two special moves, this can only be made under certain conditions when Action Cards are played. Both of these moves can be used by Mio in Grandia.
