Quanlee

Quanlee is the ultimate evolved being created by people of ancient times. When revived in the modern day, he takes the form of a young boy with silver hair.

Quanlee claims he was created out of mankind's desire to evolve themselves and to raise themselves beyond warfare and disharmony. However, Evann points out that recent co-operation between people's has already led to a peace between humans and that Quanlee's intervention is not required.

After assessing humanity, Quanlee decides that blocking all negative emotion and dulling the minds of humans is the best way to lead to a lasting peace. Once again, Evann claims that Quanlee's vision for humanity is imperfect as it removes the free will that makes being human meaningful.

When he confronts Quanlee, the ultimate being decides to eradicate Evann as he is not required in his new world and converts into his true form, with which he proceeds to battle Evann. When defeated, Evann finally convinces Quanlee that the world is better off with emotion, although he admits that he still does not truly understand Evann's point of view. Content that he no longer is bound to fulfilling a destiny chosen for him, Quanlee disappears.
