Specto

Specto is a scientist and researcher for the Nortis Army. He was the one to propose that the Elemental Disorder could be related to the ancient Ruins. An intellectual but timid person who was once seen as untrustworthy by others, Specto works closely with Kroitz in investigating the ruins.

When Specto finally discovers the vestibule within the Light Ruins, where Quanlee is to be born, he discovers that he himself is a clone of the facility's caretaker, Evol. His purpose was to observe events in the outside world and to seek out and inform his original self when it was time for the birth of Quanlee to begin.
