The Spirit Staff also known as the Priest's Staff, is a recurring weapon in the Grandia series. It is typically a magically potent staff that that has the ability to cure status ailment as well as damaging the enemy. It also serves as the ultimate weapon for staff wielders.

The Priest's Staff is a staff that increases the attack of Elena by 99 and allows the user to cast Halvah in battle. The Priest's Staff can be purchased in St. Heim Papal State for 12,000.
