Zera Valmar is the final boss in Grandia II. It is encountered inside New Valmar. Zera Valmar has the ability to cast BA-BOOM, GadZap, Crackle, Poizn and WOW!.
Battle Strategy[]
Utilise the parties most powerful moves and spells and Zera Valmar should be no problem. The battle shouldn't be difficult but Elena can heal if necessary.
Just for fun, you can stop him with Millenia's Spellbinding Eye, but there is another way to fight. Note that Zera Valmar only fighting by casting spells, he has no regular attack and no special moves, so there is no physical damage from him. Taking advantage of this fact, you can dress the girls in the Tight Dress (sometimes dropped by Nyarmots), which makes the magic useless. As for Ryudo, just give him maximum mentality from the Skill Books and optionally, accessories with poison resistance and lightning-based magic protection.
